You control your destiny and are Allowed to make mistakes, fail, and make better decisions. If you can lead, grow people, and produce companies targeted goals you will have a long rewarding career.

Cons

Have what it takes or your out. The bar is set high for those that fail all seem to loom elsewhere except in the mirror. to blame everyone else. Not a company for average performance.
