Cons

Only con I can think of is the pace at which you can advance. It seems to take a while before higher up positions open up.

It is a great and innovative company to work for. You are working with very smart and intelligent people. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Cons

The aerospace industry is currently hurting due to the bad economy, and because of this Ball is having a hard time finding enough work for their employees. Therefore they aren't hiring much currently.
