Paycheck always on time every 2 weeks. Vacation days and flexibility to be out of office. Geographic location relocation availability

Cons

Little growth path. A lot of upper management roles get substituted with VP or Director friends from outside that don't know about aluminum cans. Low flexibility to increase responsability and impact within the role. Fixed projects sometimes required long travel and rushed required evaluation and results. No standarized processes accross plants.
