Pros
It's the only place to work as the largest healthcare monopoly in the country.
Cons
It's run by out dated, out of touch and completely incompetent administrators who like to surround themselves with other incompetent "yes men" who have no desire or ability to manage, let alone improve a health care system. In fact, they've taken what used to be an award winning healthcare system and completely destroyed it in just a few years. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes, they buy each other fake awards, like it will keep the general population from recognizing their complete ignorance.
