      Long hours, low pay, no lunch breaks. It's all about keeping managers happy and patients happy. Employees don't matter.

      Pros

      Staff is great to work with and treat you like family. Most of the staff are focused on patients and their care.

      Cons

      Can never find supplies you need to do your job. Never get raises. Cannot move up unless you are friends with someone..promotions are based on loyalty and who you know, not skill set or personality. Managers stalk your Facebook page during work hours to see if you are saying anything bad about them or their friends.
