Pros

There are some staff that were kind. But if your a CNA you won’t be treated right. Run

Cons

Over worked under paid! Too much drama! Nurses look down on CNA’s think there too good to lift a finger!

Pros

Teams, meetings, rounding, residency/student experiential rotations, paid time off comparable, POE systems, updated hospital policies, drug trial medications, ability to publish with physicians, multiple pharmacy informatics systems, and encouraged for further development.

Cons

Poor management, multiple layers of clinical pharmacy practice (competing and risk environment with multiple pharmacists from local university, clinical pharmacist specialist, clinical pharmacist, and staff pharmacist covering the same patients), limited information communicated among the multiple layers of a clinical pharmacist, hospital clinical pharmacist and university college of pharmacy clinical pharmacist complicate patient care, administration focus on business instead of patients, workplace bullying present, reduced staff, increased healthcare professional and patient ratios, high risk of errors due to work environments, multiple pharmacy informatics systems, encouraged further development with limited ability to grow, high turn over hidden under retaining staff under prn positions, university college of pharmacy clinical pharmacist not employed under health-system, and much more.
