      Contract floor staff are friendly.

      Cons

      Poor pay, even with their new increase, it’s only for the top four hospitals. Horrible staff to patient ratios. An astounding lack of care or compassion from management.

      Everyone else is as miserable as you so you have someone to talk to about it.

      Cons

      Literally everything. Terrible company. Who in the world let these people take over the entire region? They don’t care about patients, nor their healthcare workers.

      Ballad low balls all new employees. Salaries are lower then other companies in area. Jobs are In high demand but nursing seems to get all the raises. Double registered sleep techs , RRT and RPSGT, are not valued.
