A couple good coworkers, only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

Nurses in the ED are mostly new grads. Very few seasoned nurses which, in my view is dangerous for patient safety. Company is more interested in profits than holding on to their experienced nurses. Pay is ridiculous, you could almost match hobby lobby’s pay. Patient load is unsafe! Unsafe staffing. Complete lack of integrity. Greed driven company. Never been so disgusted with anywhere I have worked as I have here. If I could rate zero I would.

They have a excellent gift shop. They also have a day out of the week when people can bring their dogs to meet the patients.

Cons

Dirty. The nurses are hateful. The doctors act like they are from GQ magazine. They never have their soap,sanitizer filled. The patients lay in their own mess. Some holler out in pain.
