Decent salary and benefits, great coworkers who want to do well and advocate for patients, love my patient population/area of expertise

Cons

For this decent salary I am working long hours inpatient in high stress environment at times with supervising physician not in house when our management thinks they are here 12 hours (ie here two hours for example). I’m here making nothing compared to his/her salary while they live their best lives while “on the clock”.
