Working with a large group of people, supportive direct manager, ability to work in several different units / entire hospital, good coworkers in department, ability to educate others, direct patient care

Cons

Poor management, underpaid, doctors are not well interviewed and therefore very condescending to those below them, equipment is always very old/outdated, never have enough of what we need to appropriately treat patients
