      Pros

      4 weeks of PTO if you are full time. You will use it quick with the drama though.

      Cons

      Bally's Rock Island talks a lot about inclusion and respect, but my experience was the opposite. Management allowed supervisors to physically and verbally intimidate employees without meaningful consequences. I believe I was treated differently because of my race and sexual orientation, and when I raised concerns, they were dismissed. Rather than investigating the issues, the company chose to discipline me and eventually terminate my employment. Looking back, I'm glad to be gone from a workplace that failed to uphold the values it publicly promotes.

      Pros

      Great people, some managers are very supportive. Had some career growth.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Health Insurance is very bad. There were not many opportunities for new roles. Senior management micromanages and talks about employees behind their backs.
