Used to be great, now toxic behavior rules

95% of the people are amazing. Great benefits and perks, product raffles, in office snacks and lunches. Good benefits.

Cons

5% (mostly one team) suck up to leadership team and are awful to everyone else. People gave up reporting the hostile, condescending, nasty attitudes because nothing is done about it. Head of the team models it! Poor decisions on timing, no learning from mistakes, blame thrown, some people paid to do nothing, and project management gets all the blame and no say in resourcing or timing. Misunderstood requirements because the right people aren't included, but you can't identify missed requirements when nothing is written down! If every software is implemented poorly and every partner/ consultant sucks, either you're making bad decisions or you're the problem!
