A progressive and structured company who do their best to support their sales channels.

Cons

Fixated with (often the wrong) measurements. Can be demanding and sometimes more internally focused than you would expect a company of their size to be.

Pros

Large enough to be a global company, but small enough to not feel like an huge bureaucracy filled with ridiculous policies. Generally populated with nice people, and the work environment is decent, with moderate, but not excessive stress.

Cons

Low growth industry, so there are not a lot of opportunities for different career paths or financial rewards on par with medium to high growth companies. This makes recruiting difficult in the current low unemployment environment
