Management was obnoxious and the turnover very high. Not enough employees in the department so you had to take on the work of 2-3 people.

the job its self.the pay the insurance is a joke.welding galvanize all day with so much smoke you cant see anything.you will stay sick from galv poisining .everyone there is on drugs.someone gets hurt atleast twice a week.the bathrooms are always dirty.
