Pros

Some of the best reasons to work hear are the overall benefits. With good benefits, it makes the work environment a more exceptional experience while you can provide your family with the care they deserve.

Cons

On the down side, it is becoming harder to learn as policies get stricter. The guidlines being used make people scared to continue working there. It seems they are getting too strict for their own good.

Subject matter and development projects

Cons

Company does not respect individuals privacy even after notification to State Police of extensive harassment but employees 24/7. They want to know what you do, where you go and who you talk to every minute of day and night. Other employees are lazy so if you apply yourself to the assigned work you will be labeled as not team player, or a threat. There are other much better companies in the state to work for with the same line of products and project exposure.
