Pros

Flexible schedule. Faculty have lots of room to be creative in how they present material in class or assess mastery of content.

Cons

Problems with the employment culture. There was a lot of political maneuvering that made the environment hostile. Sometimes given class assignments at the last minute. Not a lot of onsite space for adjunct faculty to work.
