Pros
Most of the students were interested in learning, many of my colleagues were great.
Cons
The administration was extremely disorganized, requiring their employees to submit the same paperwork over and over, giving almost no advanced warning for mandatory meetings and lining up teachers just days before the semester began. Pay is among the lowest of all the city schools for adjunct professors. During my time there, the heads of the departments and schools switched every semester, leaving us pretty devoid of continuity, reliable leaders and consistent protocol.
