Senior Leadership does not leave their ivory tower. Dr. McPutin is horrible.

Extremely manipulative, inefficient, outdated and non-productive environment. They will constantly threaten to fire you with no positive reinforcement or incentives. Constantly using "no-budget" & "state-run non-profit" as an excuse for not being able to increase pay, update software, hire essential team members or PAY FOR OVERTIME. However they will spend a ridiculous amount of money on non-essential events, repainting the same room multiple times within a few month period, printing huge jobs last minute(just a few of examples). They will pretend to forget or"misinterpret" entire meetings or discussions to get out of something. New president Dr. McCurdy is extremely full of herself, makes ridiculous last minute demands and is not improving college at all. Over all nothing gets done and all that matters is ranking and seniority all at the expense of the students who are looking for an affordable education.
