Pros

Amazing work that everyone is so passionate and excited. The Kids are the light of the job and are a great escape after being crammed into a very small office.

Cons

Reliant on Americorps members (aka cheap labor) and trying to do too much through ineffective programs. Lots of drama with IRC of Baltimore about funding.
