The ONLY thing that makes this job tolerable is the pay rate.

Cons

Leadership lacks competence, ethics, and social intelligence. But they have spite and time for pointless meetings in abundance. New student info system rollout was a disaster and leaders too clueless to care. Never experienced lower staff morale.
