      Directionless & Inconsistent

      Pros

      Work is not technically demanding, amazing co-workers, access to library materials, excellent benefits and extremely generous vacation time, occasional library programs that are fulfilling and fun to participate in

      Cons

      Low pay, inconsistent policy enforcement, limited pathways to promotion, toxic management almost never held accountable, bizarre 'show must go on" attitude regarding buildings being open to the public during COVID.
