Pros

Well funded. The school have a lot of support staff and technology. Great professional development opportunities.

Cons

The district thinks that it will solve all its problems with technology. They want to put a device in the hands of all the children, even though the children need emotional connections with real people. The poorest schools in the district will suffer the most with this loss of personal contact.

Cons

Pay not so good, but it is a good feeling working with the children, feeling you are making a difference in someone's life.
