      There are so many wonderfuf students that are willing to learn, very respectful and creative responsible. Its a wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      The downside of working at Baltimore County Public Schools are like most, the pay is not in the neighborhood of business and or industry. One must obtain a masters degree or equivilent within ten years or you will be terminated.

      Good pay package,good amount of time off for breaks and vacations, inservice opportunities, employee assistance program EAP,large county so many schools in your area

      Poor leadership, employee morale LOW! Their motto is: THE BEATINGS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MORALE IMPROVES...poor communication, principal are not held accountable for the way they repeatedly hire then fire
