Cons
Very high turnover. This also creates trust issues between engineers, managers and clients. All the technical know-how sits at one of the founder's hands and he is not willing to share it. Even the software is written in a weird Matlab-C hybrid that no one fully understands and there is no documentation. Managerial promotion is given instead of wage increase so everybody is someone's boss. Employees are expected to travel a lot (50% of the time) to logistical warehouses and stay there for weeks and work until late everyday (to impress the client). Company has a bad reputation in the market.
