Salary is very low (35k€ gross in 2020), only way to make a decent living is to stay on site 100%, it adds ~12-13k€ gross per year

Focus on selling projects without necessarily accounting for feasibility, which leads to some projects being still open after 3+ years
Very dysfunctional software release process, probably due to the CTO's decisions from 15 years ago
Weird secrecy surrounding the localisation algorithm, like it's not one of the worst performing SLAM algorithm I've ever seen
Back then they had 6 C-Level positions, nonsense when you're not making a profit (CXO, what does that even mean). Cut the top management and pay your operations team better
