leadership in marketing department is horrible – does not look out for their people Constant changes in unrealistic goals & OKRs, no rhyme or reason Constant change in direction Horrible communication across the board

Pros

Good company and ok benefits, Nothing to brag about, but the company could be doing better to support their employees.

Cons

not enough pay, and they keep adding additional work without any additional pay. So you will be doing 3x more work for the same pay as a peer.

Pros

Speaking for my team, there is a great atmosphere of collaboration. Expectations for what work needs to get done and by when are clear. Compensation and other benefits are pretty good.

Cons

We've had 3 CEOs in the last two years. We've lost some of our most veteran employees at random. The transparency I felt at the beginning of my time here has diminished more and more. Leadership gives vague answers to questions that are important to us and does not always clearly explain some impactful decisions.
