Pros

They have a lot of resources for you to learn

Cons

They put half the floor on a performance plan and haven't adjusted goal even though the market is changing. Someone I referred there was hired on and was put on a performance plan the day he was done with training. My first conversation with my sales director was him letting me go

Pros

Honestly, there are great people who work here. I really enjoyed most of my co-workers and I was sad I had no other option but to leave.

Cons

-Bamboo has a lot of talk. And I mean A LOT. They talk themselves up to be the best place to work. But honestly, most of them are empty promises. They do no invest in their employees like they think they do. -Compensation is far from competitive. Then they claim that a 2k travel stipend makes up the difference. I would much rather get paid correctly and pay for the vacation myself. When I left, I got a 50% pay raise, which more than covers this "paid-paid". -Management walks in circles to avoid career development. I asked for 8 months for feedback on what I could work on to progress my career. All I got every bi-weekly 1:1 was "we are working on our competencies" and "I will let you know". So finally I left for a company that actually values growth. -This company definitely favors the "typical" Utah resident. You know what you mean. Diversity is far from relevant to leadership. -I had an awful experience with a co-worker who said very politically polarizing, demeaning, and downright inappropriate for work ideologies during a team meeting. I told his manager that it was inappropriate and he made all the right moves and looped in HR. HR did absolutely nothing. Extremely inappropriate and not okay for a company. -In all, this is not the right company for anyone who values growth, diversity, and inclusion.

Pros

Great place to get your foot in the door with partnerships. Don't need to have direct experience to get into the department.

Cons

Hard to get promotions, and the department is very stagnant with nobody leaving. Their compensation is below market average and are very stingy on raises.
