      Pros

      Awesome company to work for. Love going to work every day and the people I work with. Really feel valued as an employee. Also love the bamboo culture and how caring everyone is. Definitely try to keep a great work life balance for everyone. Easy to take PTO, etc.

      Cons

      The pay is less than other related SDR roles. If you are used to unlimited or flexible PTO, our PTO doesn’t acrew very fast.

      Pros

      This company believes in the motto "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." Culture is king here and people are uber competent and great to work with. It makes for a delightful combination that I've only ever experienced one other brief time in my 20-year career in IT and technology. I keep wanting to pinch myself to see if this is a dream. If you're an A-player that likes to work hard, be open, and make a difference, this could be your next dream job.

      Cons

      The only one I can see is rapid growing pains, but that's not really a con per se. We're stretching from our small company roots and expanding rapidly, which means we're needing to make sure we have that enterprise mindset and that we can really scale effectively. Some of the processes are still immature but that's to be expected. Everyone is onboard to figure it out and dial it in.
