Cons

Big brother listens to and views every communication. Quota, quota, quota. Lots of cadence and concentration on the numbers. Too much.

People I work with are great, work life balance is great and the product is one of the best

Cons

They don’t listen to employees on pay and product needs, they said we would help drive change when we segmented and we have zero say they refuse to look at the customer need to build/expand on an existing product that would explode and instead listen to product and marketing people who never use the product and then blame us when goals aren’t met or we complain.

Cons

The culture is more of a cult and if you don't rah-rah loud enough you're on the outside Certain leaders were promoted as performers but are terrible people leaders
