Pros

-The paid paid vacation is nice but the con is that it's taxed so instead of $2000 you get around $1200-$1400. Still nice but kind of annoying. -People are nice

Cons

-Low pay. A lot of other comments address this issue and I'll address it as well. Yes, you give awesome benefits but you cannot count that as part of our pay. They say things like, "You make $38,000 a year but if you include your benefits like medical, dental, your paid-paid vacation, etc., you're actually making $60,000 a year!" No... I'm making $38,000 a year. Your benefits are nice but they aren't a part of my salary and it's not like they're just included, I still have to pay for those benefits each month. I've never been with a company that adds your salary and benefits as a whole. -Their company cultue is... Different... and it comes off as culty. - Not a huge fan of management. Several people in upper management are closed off and aren't very open to feedback. - They are putting more and more responsibilities on support reps while keeping pay the same. -They're structure for giving raises is ridiculous. -I was told I could grow with this company and I have been working hard at keeping my metrics high to no avail. Even if your metrics are high, you have good attendance, and you help with projects, it's not enough. I'm no longer looking to GROW here, I'm looking for another job.

Pros

In theory it's their benefits, but they don't offset the low pay

Cons

Pay, management, growing pains, culture, and saturated market.

Pros

Remote is an option and good benefits

Cons

• if you are tenured you will be fed good leads (favoritism) • bad compensation structure compared to Utah sales organizations • unstable markets depending on the season • training is by far the worst training I’ve experienced at a company. The trainer quit and the sales enablement trainer quit. •HR company that doesn’t actually utilize what they sell. •Product is not the best on the market, hard to believe in it. • Company is about culture but when you take time off your manager says to bring your computer and work.
