      Pros

      The company has remained true to their core customer in the SMB space, building products that are well thought out and applicable to customer needs. The office space is one of the best in Utah. There are some quality people working at BambooHR who hold the culture together and make the experience better.

      Cons

      The culture that defined the company has faded and senior leadership doesn’t know how to get it back. They aren’t purposefully or maliciously doing this, they just don’t understand how to fix it. There is limited professional development, limited career growth, and limited opportunities available. The company has been experiencing slower growth as they make small plays in a big market and wonder why other companies making big plays in that same market are beating them out.

      Some really great people across the org. Especially the OG's

      Wasn't impressed by the leadership they brought on. Hope it's gotten better!

      Great Job. Little Room for Promotion

      Clear job expectations. Great team. Interesting work. Opportunities for personal growth.

      Cons

      Little room for promotion. No discussion surrounding compensation increases. It's presented as "here's what you get" and there is no chance to present yourself or your contributions.
