      Pros

      Awesome benefits, like lots of PTO (which is very-readily given), Paid-paid vacation, and good insurance benefits. The culture is amazing. The cream-of-the-crop people work here, so you have a supportive team and leaders that truly care about developing you as a person. There are some work-from-home opportunities that make this job pretty flexible.

      Cons

      Very, very busy. Because Bamboo has such an awesome software, we are growing quickly. This means that there is always work to be done. If you don't handle stress well, or you want a job that has some down-time, this is not the job for you. You will constantly have multiple tasks and channels vying for your attention. Time management and multi-tasking are a must. Also, the training is long (4-6 weeks) with good reason.

      Pros

      Company culture- they truly stick to their company values and care about their employees! Work from home option- for my position they offer the ability to work from home which I think is great! Professional environment yet relaxed Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! Executives actually CARE! What?! They go above and beyond to take care of their employees and product. Great benefits (paid paid vacation, ask us about it!)

      Cons

      If you hate nice people, then this may not be the place for you. Career advancement- there's not a lot of vertical movement. Work from home- this is hard to qualify for! But it's there at least!
