Something that we encourage continually, and especially throughout on-boarding, is the importance of being open in other avenues, beyond Glassdoor, that can facilitate change rather than staying quiet. This might mean talking to your manager, or talking to HR, or talking to a department head. Whichever it is, our goal is to create a safe environment where crucial conversations can take place so that when challenges arise, we can talk about them and fix them instead of leaving them in silent frustration. During onboarding, we actually teach a class on crucial conversations and how to communicate effectively. Secondly, it’s important to us that when mistakes are made we learn from them. That’s a core part of our value of Grow from Good to Great. We want individuals and teams to take ownership when mistakes happen. From there we share, learn, and grow together. This is how we better serve and meet the needs of our clients, by always getting better at what we do. We appreciate your feedback to continually watch turnover.
