      Truly Phenomenal Place To Work

      Pros

      Everyone works hard and no one slacks. Hiring process is rigorous, thorough yet pleasant and reassuring that you are picking the right job for you. Generous time off policy without falling into the "limitless" time off trap (which most of the time turns into not really ever feeling comfortable taking time off at all). You work hard then you go home and no one calls you at home asking you to work more. I feel genuinely cared about as an employee. Work is satisfying and fulfilling. Many more benefits but those are the main pros.

      Cons

      No organization is perfect but BambooHR recognized this and works very diligently to overcome deficits. Nothing that isn't perfect about BambooHR is worth detailing here as nothing is ever off the table to talk about with your manager. I've been at a lot of places that paid lip service to that but didn't really live up to it. Bamboo talks to the talk and walks the walk. It's very refreshing.

      -Great work life balance -Amazing Benefits, especially 401K match -Great Management -Management truly cares about their employees -Great company culture

      -At the time, not part-time roles for students in school in Sales

      Pros

      Great product that could really make a difference for small to medium sized businesses. Great work/life balance and good benefits.

      Cons

      Not all managers will go the extra mile to ensure your success. If you’re not the top performer, instead of working with you, they may just let you go (depending on the manager). Never met the CEO. Expectations are vague.
