We also love our clients and want to give them the best experience possible with our customer facing teams. In pursuit of these things we have a pretty robust training process that is designed to accommodate different learning styles and speeds. Thus, training can last different lengths of time for different people. We do, however, try to ensure that constant communication is happening between our training team and new hires, so that they know where they are at with their performance and in training progression.
