      Great Place To Work - However Things Shift All The Time

      Pros

      I stay for the great people here. Additionally, who doesn't love the paid-paid vacation benefit.

      Cons

      Constant change.... Some of the changes I don't like as much: Dress code, Hybrid work in office, tons of price changes for customers... None of these things are deal-breakers for me. But I do miss the old days here at BambooHR when it felt like a fun place to work. It does feel like management donesn't care as much about the people anymore but rather hitting their goals.

      Pros

      The bonus is great, PPV is great, I just generally like what I do as well. I am surrounded by people smarter than me.

      Cons

      I wish I had more PTO. The one time a year salary review can create despondency.

      Great Benefits, Low Pay

      Pros

      BambooHR is a great place to work if you love a good atmosphere, good benefits, good people, and a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      The pay is definitely low compared to other companies. They praise the paid paid vacation but it's taxed so it's not actually the full $2,000. They micromanage quite a bit. But again, the worst is the low pay.
