Plenty of Mentors with an array of clinical experiences in numerous areas of the field and the rare ability to work toward/through your BACB Supervision hours within your workday/week if you plan to pursue a future as a BCBA.

Cons

No obvious cons outside of slightly lower pay rates which is a common trait among most non-profits.

Relationships built among persons served.

Cons

Lack of structure. No understanding of Human Resources. No support from supervisors. There’s a lot of favoritism. Little to no reception from upper management regarding serious issues.

Fun coworkers, rewarding to see progress made

Cons

Must use your PTO if you need to isolate or quarantine for COVID/PENDING TEST RESULTS, probably hired for something different than what you were told you would be doing, dangerous work environment, intense behaviors likely to result in an injury, be prepared to get moved to different homes/classrooms you are unfamiliar with, and absolutely no proper training
