Employee satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we are very happy to see that you appreciate the benefits and flexibility offered to our team members. We are disappointed that you feel there is a lack of transparency within the company and respectfully disagree with your assessment. Though our internal communications may not always be perfect, we are committed to clear communication and are always working to improve. We notably use slack to post internal news, and review on a regular basis, a tool called OGSM, which is a document transparently shared with the entire team and which describes our goals, strategies, and achievements (KPIs). Regarding your comment on HR, we believe that team leaders should be your go-to person for HR questions. They have been trained last year through dedicated coaching for that. LTM members are also always available, with Joana’s support for technical questions, to address any issues. If you are open to it, come and discuss with me your experiences.
