Pros

They care about their reputation more then keeping good hardworking employees around and training them properly.

Cons

No wonder this place has such a high turnover rate. I was going to say this was the best place on earth to start a job, until I had 1 small slip up. They fired me on the first complaint I have had and they didn't not give me any sort of probation or training or anything. Just termination.

This employee was spoken to on (2) prior occasions about professionalism. Our reputation is what allows us to stay in business and employ the great team that we do. On this specific occasion that warranted immediate termination, the individual, on a voicemail to a local business, said (verbatim from the call recording) "Yeah you never called me back. That's so cool. Respect. You suck at life."
