      Pros

      - learn a lot. chance to learn lots of new, modern technologies, and very marketable skills - Coworkers enjoyable to work with and everyone seems to have a good work ethic, team-focused - (relatively) conservative, family-oriented values - culture encourages being physically active

      Cons

      Company is growing, changing a lot. Still trying to find it's groove as far as optimal larger-scale organization.

      Pros

      -The overall direction of Bandwidth's developments, as well as resources seem to be allocated appropriately. -Company (in-office) culture is fantastic. -Plans for HQ to NOT be in RTP is refreshing. -Individuals coming out of college can benefit for opportunities of growth.

      Cons

      -Bandwidth is behind in being able to compete with other companies in the tech industry when it comes down to compensation for established employees. -Raises are stagnant and difficult to obtain (even if management agrees they are deserved), with "timing" being more important. -Diversity in leadership is extremely, extremely, lacking.
