      "benefits" don't justify low pay

      Pros

      None. Low pay is not competitive with the market and the sales culture is not healthy. Forcing people to come back to the office and disregarding COVID is disappointing.

      Sales culture is not healthy. Forcing people to come back to the office and disregarding COVID is disappointing. They're a family culture yet aren't flexible for the needs of their employees.

At the same time, our leaders have always been empowered to make exceptions for special circumstances and to provide flexibility to our Bandmates and their families.

      Great benefits, wonderful teammates. Bandwidth is willing to invest in you and your career while understanding the work life balance.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any con's that would make a potential person hesitant. I have a strong belief that anyone who joins Bandwidth will enjoy the work. Only negative is the product is a heavy learn.
