Bandwidth reviews

Fake and backstabbing culture. Horrible good old boys network mentality. It's obvious that folks from people services (hr) are seeding glassdoor with some positive reviews to try and counterbalance the negative reviews. The culture and environmental has really gone downhill as the company has grown. This is not the great company to work at it once was. Lots of key talent has left for greener pastures, and management has their head so far up their own you know what; it's clear no one knows what the heck their doing. Don't believe the hype, this is not the company it used to be.

Not enough management training. People are promoted into management roles without adequate training. Not referring to skillset training, but human interaction training. It is good to promote from within, but not everyone is a good leader. There are numerous examples of tyrannical behavior that has occurred when this mistake has been made at Bandwidth. These managers are ultimately moved into another role where they no longer supervise people, but the damaging effects are still there. The whole "boys club" mindset. There are numerous references to this in Glassdoor reviews, so no need to go into it too much. It is more like a popularity club, similar to cliques in high school. HR. Not only has it been speculated that HR writes fake Glassdoor reviews, they are also not the best fit at their jobs. Not all of them, there are some good ones at Bandwidth. But there are also some horrible ones.
