      Best company I've worked for. Employees are professional, supportive, and engaging. Plenty of opportunities for bonuses, base salary increases, and additional stock options each year. Brand new state of the art campus headquarters near PNC Arena with full cafeteria, gym and yoga rooms, basketball/pickleball/tennis courts, a disc golf course, hiking trails, a unique and spacious office, and a Montessori school on site! Also a large barn for various corporate events. Unparalleled health insurance plan that is absolutely top-notch. Have been lucky to have a great manager as well. CEO David Morken is great. He makes a point to learn everyone's name and is very well liked and respected and keeps everyone focused on the mission.

      Cons

      Quotas are not always set with realistic expectation. There needs to be a more granular look at existing accounts to determine which accounts are full share of wallet, along with actual realistic growth expectation. You could get a higher quota just by being assigned more accounts, but not necessarily in conjunction with the amount of actual opportunity for growth.
