Pros

Excellent benefits, fair pay if you're working out of the Raleigh area (medium cost of living), and great people.

Cons

Flexibility in work schedule, as well as opportunities for promotions are highly dependent on the team you're on (i.e. the manager you're reporting to).

Pros

Culture is pretty nice Company pays 100% of insurance premiums Lunch is hour and a half so you can workout Access to NC state gym A lot of smart people work here

Cons

Salary is below market by a LOT. The culture is good, but it's not so amazing to underpay so much Praying before big meetings is kinda weird

Pros

Health insurance. Soon to be international. Hopefully this will bring change and add some much needed culture.

Cons

Conservative christian central: The company is very conservative and continues to pray before company wide meetings. It's common to hear sayings such as "love thy neighbor", "be fruitful and multiply". Nothing wrong with those beliefs, but this is a business not Sunday service. Diversity: What diversity? Unlike other corporations, the company refused to speak on the Black Lives Matter movement this year and specifically mentioned they would not speak on it as to not offend customers and other employees. This hints to the number of "all lives matter" folks in the company. On that note, they previously made "Make Financial Close Great Again" hats.... Refusing to speak on BLM along with asking people to work in the office during a pandemic caused many to leave throughout 2020. The company then scrambled to start a diversity initiative that hasn't really accomplished anything. Covid: Historical anti WFH culture. They're "allowing" people to work from home during this period, but have encouraged people to come back over and over, ignoring the numerous emails sent of infected employees, and all while management hints that promotions are affected by not physically showing up. If they don't see you working, you're not working basically. The offer of free lunch to work in the office is pathetic. Masks were optional until the NC governor passed a mandate in Nov 2020, and even then management sent an email allowing people to remove masks at their desk. Anti-maskers in the office are not following the mask rule of course. Management: Toxic, self-absorbed, false leaders. "MOMagers" that ignore real production results and stick to the "make a baby, get promoted" formula. Problematic, unprofessional, non-diverse HR. Work/Pay: Below market pay. The "work life balance" they preach varies by department. When renovations started after the IPO, specific teams were quickly moved to new separate buildings while the rest of the company remained put, using drywall dust elevators and putting up with noise.
