Pros
Best company I've worked for. Employees are professional, supportive, and engaging. Plenty of opportunities for bonuses, base salary increases, and additional stock options each year. Also a large barn for various corporate events. Unparalleled health insurance plan that is absolutely top-notch. Have been lucky to have a great manager as well. CEO David Morken is great. Cons
Quotas are not always set with realistic expectation. There needs to be a more granular look at existing accounts to determine which accounts are full share of wallet, along with actual realistic growth expectation. You could get a higher quota just by being assigned more accounts, but not necessarily in conjunction with the amount of actual opportunity for growth.
