Pros

I've never felt more at home in a work environment. Truly a great company with some of the best colleagues I've ever worked with. This is a place that cares about you as a person - where the founder and CEO will know your name and your VP sits right beside you in the next cubicle. The culture is one which promotes taking time off and creating a work/life balance. They pay 100% for your health care, give 20 days PTO plus multiple opportunities to earn more, have a dietician that comes regularly to speak with you, hour and half lunch so you can work out, and access to a world class gym FOR FREE. My favorite part is that this company is no way close to where it will be in the future. We are truly in our infancy and many enterprises are just learning about who we are and the pivotal role Bandwidth plays in the CPaaS world. I don't think I will be leaving anytime soon.

Cons

They just got rid of free lunch which they were providing daily for 2 1/2 years. That's my con, no more Panera on Fridays.

Pros

- there are some truly magical people in Bandwidth - strong industry leaders - global with travel encouraged - CEO & People/HR seem to care about their employees (try their best) - good opportunity for internal career changes

Cons

- top heavey leadership - high turnover - ridgid rules on back to office post Covid - salary increases are hard to come by - promotions are always the same senior people (to get them to stay??) - once the novelty of buying Voxbone wore off, it very much felt like Voxbone leagacy employees were the problem children - voicing an alternative opinion was seen as negative and not being a team player - CEO praying before company updates can be uncomfortable
