      Pros

      - the company cares about your success and they will do anything and everything to make sure you succeed - CEO is amazing - Best onboarding process I have ever been a part of - 90 minute lunch - My managers help me set goals and meet with me weekly - I am so happy that I work for Bandwidth!!

      Pros

      -At least 75% of the team reaches goal every month so the OTE is actually an accurate representation of what you will make -Culture is top notch -Growing like crazy so money to be made -Management very supportive and always willing to listen if something is not right

      Cons

      -Training was lacking up front when I first started but we have a full time trainer now to assist with getting new people up to speed
