3yAsking Bandmates back to the office is in no way a strategy to do what has been outlined above. We are betting our future on the power of presence even as others maintain the status quo. We understand that we may be a unicorn at this moment in time, and we are okay with that. We believe presence is powerful and the growth of people and vitality of ideas and innovation that comes from being in-person is as important to us as productivity.

3yWe respect your opinion and how you’ve shared it from the heart. Working from home existed well before the pandemic, and we have been very consistent in supporting our in-person culture all along. If anything, the pandemic has reinforced how much we value the creativity and serendipity that’s only possible when we’re together in person. That’s why we’re now asking our Bandmates to come back into the office. We do recognize you have a choice, and we hope you will choose to stay at Bandwidth.
