Pros

The pros are actually being marked off the longer I'm here. If your a Senior Mgt Position your set, Reginal Manager and above.

Cons

You are rated based on your looks, age, and you have to stay yes to the Sr Mgt. Arkansas burys thier head in the sand thinking if they act like nothing is going on then when it does eventually hit they believe they can state no one told them but they will handle it now. So much going on there with Regional and above they get away with a lot. If you're a hard worker and dedicated this isn't the atmosphere for you.
