Pros

Good benefit program like vacation, sick and maternity time. I was told shortly after I started “it’s a good place to get banking experience and then get OUT” and that was the truest statement ever said from any employee of Bank OZK.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, no advancement internally (unless maybe you live in Little Rock at some of their bigger locations), crazy corporate policies.

The team you work with in house is amazing.

Cons

The lack of remote positions make it hard to move into more prominent positions. Demand for sales, but do not have competitive products.
